Jörn Hendrik Ast is an organizational designer and facilitator with 15 years of experience. He has a talent for creating targeted interactions that enable groups to achieve their best results. His passion for shaping the workplace of the future led to the founding of New Work Heroes. As a mentor for startups and accelerator programs, product owner, and design thinker, he develops digital products and supports development teams as an agile coach. Additionally, Jörn Hendrik is a podcaster, author, and the publisher of the “New Work Heroes” workbook, where he shares his insights on the future of work.
