Detailed information on the right of withdrawal for customers on the delivery of digital content (e.g. e-book and digital course content)

Revocation instruction A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity. Right of withdrawal You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should inform us (New Work Heroes GmbH, c/o betahaus, Rudi-Dutschke-Strasse 23, 10969 Berlin, support.at.newworkhero.es) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (preferably an e-mail, a scanned withdrawal form by e-mail or, if necessary, a letter sent by post). You can use the sample revocation form described below, but it is not mandatory, a simple two-line is enough for us. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period (14 days). Consequences of revocation If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or provision by you as a customer consumer is necessary or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs. In plain language: tailor-made digital products are also payable with their delivery. The right of revocation shall expire prematurely if we have only begun to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation with the commencement of performance of the contract on our part. We point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
